Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- As our jewellery is handmade, minor natural variations are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised pieces.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear after use.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
- For online (prepaid) orders, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to the account you provide.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different piece or size, subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Return Shipping
Return delivery charges are borne by the customer, except where the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
