Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide — to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, etc.): approximately 3–5 working days.
• Other cities and towns: approximately 5–7 working days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery & Online Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. You may also pay online through our secure PayFast gateway (cards, Raast, mobile wallets, and bank transfer).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Partners

We ship through reputable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier backlogs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete, correct delivery address and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
