3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Because our items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, beads, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
  • We try to display product colours as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary depending on your screen.
  • Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive a confirmation once your order is accepted.

5. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (cards, Raast, mobile wallets, and bank transfer) processed securely through PayFast. Payment for online orders must be received or confirmed before dispatch.
